The Building Dept. is in the process of converting many of its forms to Active Electronic Forms. That is, data fields in the forms can be filled out electronically, saved and printed from your computer.
The forms on this page are currently in "test" mode meaning that the forms have been converted but may have some bugs in the conversion code causing them not to function correctly.
You are encouraged to participate in this process by filling out the forms, saving, and printing them from your computer.
